The English insurance ombudsman has been equally unhelpful, making the whole endeavour feel like an exercise in futility. It appears we may just have to accept this as a lesson learned. I’ve discovered that Trendingraphs are registered in the Marshall Islands, rendering them immune to legal recourse, which is frustrating. I can’t help but wonder how many other £250s have been taken by them over the past year. Surely there’s someone out there who knows how to bring them to justice?
