I got a call from someone claiming to be Sky, said there was a bill for my broadband I had to sort immediately, sounded like an Asian accent. I said no and asked them to send something in writing about it. When I said that again, the guy got really annoyed. He kept telling me it would take a week or more for the letter to arrive and then it’d be too late. I still refused to hand over any money, and then he just hung up on me. Honestly, his tone felt quite intimidating.
