I got a call from a bloke with a really thick Asian accent, trying to sell me a cheaper alternative to my current Sky cover. I humoured him for a while until he asked which deal I fancied. I gave him a sharp reply and hung up. Then he phoned me two more times - first I gave him a piece of my mind, then he warned he'd ring me daily. That’s when I hit the block button. Tried calling the number back and got the “all our agents are busy” message - pretty sure he was using a fake or spoofed number.

I got a call from a woman with a thick Asian accent saying, "Good afternoon madam, how are you?" I kept asking her to tell me which company she was ringing from, and eventually she said it was regarding my TV breakdown cover. When I got a bit louder and asked if her company was literally called "about your TV breakdown cover," she then admitted it was "Secure Home Cover." I asked to speak to a manager, and she just ended the call straight away! Watch out for this annoying cold caller firm!
