Got a call claiming to be from 3, asking me about my bill. I told him he should already have that info. He didn’t have it ready though. I told him to stop pretending, that he wasn’t from 3 and to piss off. He just said “Alright, have a good day.” End of.

These lot say they're from EE but the only details they have is my business name that’s on Google. Thing is, I don’t even have an EE account under that name. Over the past day, they've called me from about five different 020 numbers. When I tell them to stop ringing, they get really rude and pushy.

Got a call from someone with an asian accent, and it was pretty hard to catch what they were saying. They claimed to be calling from O2 about upgrading my sim. What struck me as strange was that they used my husband’s name when talking about my phone plan. They were pushing me to sign up for a longer contract but with fewer perks. Felt off to me, so I reckon it was probably a scam.

Once, an Indian lady said she was calling from a London branch of some international bank, but the next day it was someone talking about Visa Bank security. Got a call from a person speaking with an Indian accent claiming to be from Plan Portal, or something like PLAN.COM. They told me they were a wholesaler that handles O2 contract renewals for O2 itself. They said O2 would still bill me directly, but I felt uneasy and decided not to go ahead. Afterwards, they went ahead and cancelled my initial contract request.
