I got a call from that number a few times. First time I answered, I just said hello but no one said anything back. The next time, a bloke said he was from my car insurance or something, but I told him to shove off and blocked the number since I don’t even have a car. Then, over the next few days, they kept ringing me over and over, like up to four times daily, always claiming to be from my insurance. I asked them nicely to stop but they just keep calling anyway. Proper annoying!

Every morning around the same time, I get calls from a bloke who barely speaks English. He started off saying something about my bank account being compromised and then tried to convince me to hand over my details so he could «fix» it. Like, no thanks, I’m not daft. It’s clearly a scam.

Got a really unpleasant call today from a bloke claiming I'd been in an accident. I told him straight up that he was trying to scam me, especially since a mate of mine had been getting calls just like this. After that, he began being proper nasty and started insulting me. I've blocked the number now.

I've been getting calls from a woman called Hannah on this number, always asking if I've been in an accident. Whenever I try to get any details from her or ask questions, she just ends the call. One time, I asked her for some personal info, and she ended up shouting at me before hanging up. It's really annoying, especially since she rings during crucial meetings. I'll be putting this number on block for sure.

Just got a call from 02037693455, saying they were from “Pro Optimal Guidance” about some accident I was meant to have been in. I asked them how they got my number and they claimed it was from the national accident helpline. When I told them I’d never had an accident and suggested they were just fishing for info, the guy - who said his name was Nian - got really rude and then cut me off. Definitely felt like a scam.

Someone rang me claiming to be a preacher, said they wanted to offer some help, and then quickly started asking for cash.

I got a call from someone with a thick accent, sounded like they were working from overseas. When I said I didn’t know the company they mentioned and assured them it wasn’t my insurance, they got a bit frustrated. I had to ask them to say stuff again quite a few times. They then went on about a recent car crash I’d supposedly been in, asking how much the repairs set me back. Thing is, I’ve never been in an accident. Once I told them that, they just hung up right away. Bit strange if you ask me.

22/06/2020 Got a call from some automated woman’s voice saying it was Pro Optimal Guidance. These legal sharks always use recorded messages, and registering with the Telephone Preference Service doesn’t stop them as you never actually talk to a real person. It’s so annoying, I get these calls all the time. I block the number when it pops up but then they just ring back from a different one.

Got a recorded message on my landline saying there was a text message waiting for me. It went straight to voicemail, so I hit play. But the bit I heard seemed a bit iffy, so I ended up deleting it and blocking the caller.
