Got a call from 020376932915 earlier, some bloke saying he was with the Medical Alert Centre. Proper pushy and didn’t let me get a word in. I refused to share any info and just blocked the number in the end. Annoying as heck!

This bloke kept going on about some health service, so I played along and pretended to be a double glazing rep trying to sell 5 windows for £1200. After a while he just gave up. Honestly, he was really pushy and quite annoying with whatever medical stuff he was trying to push.

Got a call from someone called Christian saying he was giving away free medical alert devices. I told him I wasn’t interested, but he kept going on about how it’s totally free. Ended up just hanging up on him. Feels a bit dodgy to me, probably a scam.

Got a call from some bloke asking about my health and said the government was helping pay for a medical alert necklace. Didn’t matter if I said anything or not, he just went on nonstop with his sales pitch. Definitely a scam trying to rip people off. Make sure to tell any elderly or vulnerable mates or family so they don’t fall for it!

Total scam, I just ended the call right away.

Much like before, I received a rather intrusive call from someone named Christian who seemed overly keen on discussing topics around property ownership and my wellbeing. He was pushing some sort of “complimentary” medical alert pendant. To my annoyance, there was a significant pause on the line - apparently from “Oxford”? He referred to his business as The Medical Alert System. When I probed him with some questions, he was quite evasive, so I decided to terminate the call. Clearly a scam!

Total scam! Some bloke named 'Christian' just kept going with his script, no matter what I said. Best thing is to not bother talking and just end the call straight away.

Got a call from someone named Christian, just like others have mentioned. He was offering a medical alert gadget for “free” but then mentioned a £39.99 monthly fee to keep a medical team ready. Even when I said I wasn’t interested, he kept chatting. Felt like I was dealing with a pre-recorded message, so I ended the call pretty quick.

I received a call from someone claiming to be Christian, but it turned out to be a recorded message! If you hang about on the line, it supposedly connects you to a chap named John Todd from ABA Monitor Services. It all seems a bit dodgy and reeks of a scam related to medical monitoring. Best to steer clear of it!

I’m really relieved I decided to search for this number after noticing a missed call from it! Apparently, it’s linked to a dodgy character named Christian. He appears to be up to no good with some kind of medical trickery-though I can’t quite grasp the details. One thing’s for certain, I won’t be picking up any of his calls!

No voicemail or anything. Could be a sales call, a survey, or maybe just a scam.

Really not much to add to what others have said, but the voice sounded pretty clear and didn’t seem like a recording at first. It wasn’t until I replied to his second question with one of my own and got a response back that it became clear it wasn’t pre-recorded.

Funny how I actually thought it was someone real on the phone at first. The pauses in between replies made it obvious it was fake. I’ve got terminal cancer and can’t believe these scammers still operate like this nowadays. I’m not that old, just hit 50, and lately these dodgy calls keep coming more and more. Honestly, they deserve to be locked up.

This guy called himself "Christian" and just kept rambling on like the others have said. Didn't matter what I asked, he just carried on like I wasn’t even there. When I tried to get him to explain how he apparently knew about 'someone with a current health issue,' he went completely silent. The way he spoke made it sound quite believable and like he knew his stuff, which could easily fool people who are actually interested in something legit like this.

So, this bloke called me, said his name was Christian and sounded really robotic. At first I just thought he was being really cheeky. He claimed he worked at some Medical Alert Centre in Oxford and that they had a medical tag ready for me. I tried to explain I was perfectly fine and didn’t need any of that stuff, but he just wouldn’t let me speak. Ended up ending the call and I’ve since reported it to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

My dad’s phone has been buzzing every day this week at half-past nine exactly. He’s put a call blocker on his new landline now, so hopefully that’ll sort it. He’s 87, but honestly, he’s pretty sharp for his age!

Got a message from someone called Alex about a fall alarm they were trying to get me to wear. Said it was free except for a tiny monthly charge that’s kind of subsidised. Left it on my voicemail and asked me to call back to set it up. I might be older, but I’m not daft!

Got a call from some bloke calling himself "Christian" from a Medical Alert place in Oxford. He didn’t know my name but somehow guessed I had mobility issues? Sure thing. The funny thing is, when I kept saying "Maybe" to every question, he just acted like I said "Yes" anyway. I found that so daft I just laughed and hung up before he started trying to sell whatever gadget it was. Also, I've got this cheeky reply for when they ask "Are you the homeowner?" - I tell them, "Nah, I’m actually a burglar. Just heard the phone and thought I'd answer." Works like a charm.

Got a call from some automated bloke claiming to be from Oxford Medic Alert. They said the service was free at first but then suddenly mentioned it costs £39 a month. Just got a ring from someone called Christian. It was some robotic voice that completely ignored what I said. Thought, why not waste their minutes, so I let him connect me to his boss, Joan. She seemed quite genuine, but I pretended I couldn't hear properly and asked her to talk louder before ending the call abruptly. Received a rather pushy phone call today from someone peddling a pendant alarm. They went on and on, and I began to think it might be linked to some government scheme or other. I had a rather frustrating experience with a caller, who seemed either robotic or rather lacking in intelligence. They bombarded me with a slew of questions, yet completely disregarded my responses. For instance, when I clarified that I wasn’t the homeowner, they blithely continued with, “Splendid!” and other such nonsense. In the end, I simply hung up. 02037693291 - What an infuriating caller! A chap named Christian rang our residence and claimed he was privy to our health and mobility challenges. It was as if he was on a mission, rambling on without taking a breath, determined to get through his entire script. When I queried where he’d sourced this personal information, he simply overtalked me without a hint of hesitation. I must admit, parting ways with that call was quite satisfying. Nevertheless, I can't help but worry that he might bamboozle some unsuspecting individuals into divulging sensitive information, potentially leading to them incurring significant financial losses.

Utterly predictable, to be honest! This bloke had no clue about me and just wouldn’t shut his mouth. Seems like he’s raking in a few quid by spouting nonsense to those savvy enough to see through his attempts at fishing for details. Bless his heart for being a bit of a numpty; it’s a shame he can’t find a more legitimate way to make a living.

Got a call the other day from someone called Christian claiming to be from Medical Alerts in Oxford. He just kept jabbering and didn’t let me get a word in edgeways. Then he handed me over to a bloke named John, who quickly clocked I wasn’t interested in their sales spiel. I’ve now put the number on the Telephone Preference Service list.

Got a call from some bloke named Christian claiming to be from Oxford medical, trying to target older folks. He wouldn’t let me get a word in and was pushing for £40 a month just for some alerts. I told him to shove off and ended the call.

Got a call from 02037693291, some guy Christian claiming to be from Medical Alerts in Oxford. The chap was quite pushy trying to sell a medical alert subscription costing £40 a month. Didn't give me a chance to get a word in and just kept going even after I said no thanks. Quite annoying!

I got a call from an unknown number but decided not to pick up and let it head to voicemail. The message was someone talking about a free medical alert device, kept pushing how it’s totally free, but I’m quite sure once you give them your bank info, they’ll start charging you every month without end. They dropped a phone number to call back - 01865 985 393 - best steer clear!

Got a call with a message from a guy named Christian, sounded quite posh. He was talking about some medical alert system, which honestly doesn't concern us at all. Seemed like one of those scam calls to me. I just ended the call and blocked the number straight away.

This bloke called himself Christian and said he was from some sort of medical centre, sounded just like a doc from my local surgery. He asks a question, waits a bit, then carries on. Bit weird cos it’s a recorded message but at first it feels like a proper live call. Creeps me out a bit since he speaks so clearly and uses proper terms.

I gave this number a ring, got kinda confused, so I searched it up here. Phew, good thing I did! Just some dodgy folks trying to scam people out of cash by scaring them. Proper low-life stuff, honestly.

I got a call from Christian on 0203769 3291. It was pretty obvious it was a pre-recorded message that only moves on if you reply out loud, so you can't actually chat or cut him off. After a bit, I finally got put through to his mate John. When I asked about their complaint process, the guy actually shouted at me and said something like "Go stuff your head back up your a***." Proper rude!

Got a call from someone claiming to be from a medical centre, saying they've got something to help people with mobility problems at home. Total nonsense. Definitely a scam, so I’d avoid chatting with them altogether.

Received a rather dodgy call from 02037693291 earlier today (27/01/2021). A chap named Christian was on the other end, trying to peddle some kind of medical alert system. He asked a barrage of questions and then attempted to transfer me to someone who could enroll me. It all felt rather off, so I decided to hang up.

Just had a rather peculiar phone call today at exactly 17:40 on the 26th of January. The chap claimed his name was Christian and he was representing some outfit called Medical Alert. He asked if I was over the age of 50 and mentioned that my number had been passed on to him because I was eligible for a complimentary medical alert bracelet, supposedly valued at £400. I was immediately suspicious, sensing it might be some sort of phishing scheme or a scam of sorts. I told him that if my partner or I found ourselves in need of such a device, we’d certainly reach out ourselves. Before I knew it, he hung up without another word! Quite odd, really.

Got a call from 0203 7693291, dude said his name was "Christian", but no way he was a welder or scaffolder. He seemed to know about my "health issues". Seemed like a decent bloke, said he was working on some government COVID refund programme. I let him have three tries to convince me (honestly, it was painful to listen). When I asked for his account details and sort code, he suddenly clammed up. In the end, I told him off properly.

Had a call from 0203769329 today, some well spoken young chap trying to sell me an alarm system for 39 quid a month. I’m no youngster but not daft either. Like others mentioned here, he wouldn’t stop yapping and kept cutting me off whenever I asked him the same questions again.

02037693291 Got a call from a really well spoken bloke, going on about some medical alert thing. When I asked where he was calling from, he just brushed it off and carried on like he was reading from a script. Didn’t answer a single question.

Just like every other call I’ve had from this number, no real answers, just nonstop chatting. I got annoyed after a while and ended the call. I wanted to give him a piece of my mind, but I’m too civil for that. Pretty sure it was some kind of robot or something pretending to be a person. Honestly, these folks should find legit work instead of trying to scam vulnerable people, probably old or unwell!

I received a phone call from this number at 1 PM on the 26th of January, 2021, and the chap on the other end wouldn’t stop blabbering. He only paused to ask if I agreed with him, to which I firmly replied that I did not. Yet, he carried on regardless, promoting some so-called free medical alert bracelet supposedly funded by the Government. When he first inquired if I was in agreement, I said no, but he just kept at it. The second time around, I pointed out that my phone number is registered with the Telephone Preference Service, making his call unlawful, but he continued undeterred. On the third attempt, I remarked that it seemed he wasn’t paying attention to anything I said before hanging up on him. I intend to file a complaint with the Telephone Preference Service regarding this matter.

I received a rather peculiar call at half past nine this morning from the number 02037693291. The caller, who spoke at an astonishingly rapid pace and claimed to be from a Christian organisation, seemed utterly disinterested in having a proper conversation. I couldn’t get a word in edgewise - it was almost as if I was talking to a pre-recorded message! He proceeded to ask if I was over fifty, which I found rather intrusive. In the end, I simply hung up. After glancing through other people's experiences, it sounds like this might be the work of a scammer fishing for bank details.

My mum, who's quite advanced in years, picked up the phone, thinking it might be a call from her GP, and got a bit flustered. The chap on the line, calling himself Christian, was rambling on endlessly, asking if she was a homeowner over the age of 50. She genuinely thought she was having a proper conversation and it made her rather anxious. Not to mention, she's been getting three calls informing her of suspicious activity online, despite the fact that she doesn't even use the internet! Just a word of caution to everyone out there, stay vigilant!

My answerphone ended up triggering some pre-recorded message, which then went ahead and recorded itself onto my machine. It was one of those so-called 'free' medical alert systems but with a catch - turns out they'd start charging you around £39 a month. The message kept asking questions, pausing as if waiting for replies, and then just carried on like I'd answered. Proper sneaky!

I got a call like this just yesterday around 5 in the evening. The bloke sounded proper polite and said he was glad to finally catch me at home. He mentioned the company’s name, but it’s slipped my mind now. Then he started going on about some health issue I supposedly had and a gadget I might wear for it. Makes me wonder where they dig up this stuff from. I told him I’m already seeing a doctor for that, thanked him for ringing, and then ended the call. Honestly, I reckon this sort of call could be really harmful to someone who’s not on their guard.
