My elderly neighbour recently got a postcard urging him to ring a certain number to collect a whopping £119,613.00 from Brown, Davies & Wright. I decided to do a bit of digging online and discovered that this scam is being sent out to a multitude of pensioners. It's utterly appalling and shows just how predatory these schemes can be. At 98 years old, he's unfortunately fallen for scams like this in the past! It's so important to stay vigilant against these deceptive tactics.
