Got a call from some energy company, they said it wasn't a sales pitch or anything... but I'm not so sure! The woman, Natalie, rang me twice just yesterday and she was proper argumentative. I ended the call twice because I wasn't having it. Then today, she had the nerve to ring again! Asked her nicely to take me off their list or let me speak to a manager, and what do you know? She just hung up on me! Ridiculous.

This energy firm kept ringing me about loft insulation, but I told them my loft's already going through a conversion, so I wasn't interested. They've called me three times since, each time with a different person on the line. I asked them to take me off their list but they said they couldn't do that, which was a bit cheeky.
