Recently received a phone call from this number. There was a chap on the other end, his accent distinctly Indian, but the line was rather crackly and there was a lot of commotion in the background. He claimed to be representing Carphone Warehouse, offering me a rather tempting 50% discount on a contract with any network while assuring me I could retain my existing phone number. He then proceeded to inquire about the phone I have. It all seemed a bit fishy, so I decided to end the call.
