Today I got a call from this number saying they were with Carphone Warehouse, trying to sell me a new phone. The call was patchy and you could hear loads of background noise, seemed like it was coming from abroad. I haven’t bought anything from Carphone Warehouse in over a decade and haven’t dealt with them for ages. I also read recently that Carphone Warehouse changed their name to Curry's or something like that. Feels dodgy to me, like a scam, definitely not how a proper Carphone Warehouse call should sound.
