I wouldn’t even bother picking up, can’t make sense of their English at all. Came from EE, proper annoying lot. Total muppets.

They claimed to be with O2, just like some others mentioned here, but their English was so bad it was impossible to follow. Even if they were legit, I just couldn’t make sense of what they were saying.
