This 02037640217 keeps ringing me but when I answer no one talks. Bit weird really.

I rang the number back, first just got a dial tone, then suddenly it changed to another dial tone and after that, some automated voice came on saying "the agent knows you are on hold." I ended up just hanging up after that.
