Received another call today, and it turns out it was genuinely from the British Heart Foundation.

I have a suspicion that this number could be linked to charitable organisations. Just yesterday, I made a donation to the British Heart Foundation through a text message, and since then, I’ve been bombarded with calls from unfamiliar numbers. It seems to me that charities often leverage your phone number after an SMS contribution, which I suppose isn't entirely surprising. While I can understand their eagerness for additional support, I find the tactic somewhat off-putting. It might even deter folks from donating via SMS down the line. What a shame for the BFH charity!
