This number called me, telling me that my BT Openreach internet IP address switched from private to public or something like that. They asked me to open Google on my phone and check an email they supposedly sent. I said no, but the person sounded really pushy, so I hung up. After that, they tried ringing me three more times, but I didn’t pick up any of them.

This is the second occasion I've had dodgy calls to two different 020 numbers I own.

This person said they were from some company handling fraud claims or something, but the connection was awful and their English was really bad. Couldn't understand much at all.
