Someone rang saying they were from BT about our broadband, the typical scam stuff. But this time, he insisted that our firewall wasn’t working properly! He was pretty pushy, and when I mentioned I watch those “scam interceptors” shows, he seemed to catch on straight away! Then he rudely asked if I could read, and said he’d be sending a letter next! Proper cheeky.
