Got a call from someone named Mel Carter about the warranty on my washing machine, said it ended just yesterday. He went on about needing to "renew the documents and send them back in to keep it all valid." I asked him where he’d got his details from, and guess what? He just hung up on me! Honestly, why doesn't the TPS do something about these pointless and pesky calls? Proper frustrating!
