3 yearsI suspect that I've come across some dodgy characters from bitcp8n. They try to persuade you to install AnyDesk, and then they go on to get you to log into your bank accounts. After that, they rummage through your browser history and promise to ring you back in a quarter of an hour - only to vanish without a trace!3 yearsI'm a bit puzzled by a call I received from this number. They claimed to be looking into some dodgy dealings involving money being laundered using my name, supposedly linked to Bitcoin. The person instructed me to download Anydesk from the Play Store and then proceeded to comb through my bank details and rifled through my Google history, asserting that I was the rightful owner of these funds. They promised to ring me back in a quarter of an hour, but more than an hour’s gone by and I haven't heard a peep since. When I tried to call the number back, it turned out to be disconnected.
