Received a call claiming to be from Talk Talk, requesting that I power up my computer. No chance! I’m not falling for that - it’s a scam, plain and simple. In fact, I’ve encountered this nonsense twice already this year with a different number!

Received a call at precisely 14:32 today. A rather foolish individual with a thick accent claimed to be from TalkTalk, asserting that my internet was compromised. I promptly informed him that he was speaking utter nonsense and told him to take a long walk off a short pier. His tone turned aggressive, and he threatened to do unspeakable things to my daughter. I had to inform him that I don't have a daughter, to which he angrily replied that he would then target my wife instead. Once more, I told him to shove off and labelled him a scammer before he abruptly hung up. It’s high time these charlatans are kicked to the curb and prevented from disturbing us with such ludicrous and offensive calls.
