I answered the phone and the person on the other end just hung up right away. I noticed that some folks here mentioned Frederick Charles Fine Art, so I looked them up online. Turns out, the number that rang me isn't even the same as theirs.

They phoned me back but then the call just dropped out.

I receive calls from this number every single day, yet they always hang up before I can answer. It's incredibly frustrating, to say the least!

I’ve been dealing with Frederick Charles for nearly 4 years now and honestly, the team are always friendly and helpful. Thanks to them, I’ve managed to grow my collection of artworks from artists I really admire. I’m definitely going to stick with them. Big thanks for all the support!

What a waste of time. They called me once more but didn’t bother leaving a message. Sounds like some nonsense about “Quit your pipes of parsley hollow” and “Lightfoot, Whitefoot” - some old rhyme or something. I had no idea what the point was. Seems like a load of old cobblers to me!

I’ve been really into post-war British art lately. The collection they have is quite fascinating, and the blogs about it are really well done too. Definitely worth checking out!

Had a call this arvo from a polite young woman selling fine artwork. Told her I might look into it down the line. She said sorry for the bother and assured me she’d remove my name from their call list. Said if I wanna ring them later, that’d be fine. Overall, no problems.

Loads of missed calls from this number saying it's Frederick Charles Art... either some dodgy spoof or just someone pretending. Mostly it's them trying to flog some promo deal. These types of calls are illegal here in the UK but doesn't stop them giving it a go. Like Del Boy said, "there’s not to reason why, there’s just to do and buy," or summat like that!

Based on what I found on their site, Frederick Charles Art really seems to be a company that knows its stuff when it comes to fine art. They focus mainly on Modern British pieces, especially those from after the Second World War. With the economy being all over the place these days, it’s not always easy to spot good chances to invest. That’s where their team comes in - they seem keen to guide collectors in putting together a strong, varied selection of top-notch art.

Got another ring from these folks, without a single word left for me. A solid blade and steady grip, with a cheerful soul to match. Those dodgy callers best learn what us Cornwall boys are all about. Anyone got the fix for when these calls stop? Will number #### finally give up the ghost? There’s a good few thousand Cornish chaps who’d love to know the answer. (Cheers to R.S. Hawker for the inspiration)

They keep ringing but never bother to leave a message. Honestly, it’s a bit maddening to just ignore it or get annoyed at whoever’s calling. If I’m honest, there’s probably a good reason behind it all. (A.Marvell)

That’s why I often find myself wandering here by myself, feeling a bit lost and quiet, even though the reeds around the pond have dried up and there isn’t a single bird making a sound.

He lost his sense of right and his sharp mind got all clouded, turning him into someone controlled by base cravings. A person lacking any restraint, chasing after things that only a corrupted spirit could foolishly value.

There was so much talk, like a rushing tide, a deep brown wave rolling in from the west and spreading upwards to a reddish sky, sort of like faded blood.

They were quite friendly, but it felt like a pushy sales call, especially since they want you to put money into art. Considering it’s a random cold call, it comes across as a bit dodgy to me.

I've never really considered putting money into fine art before, but it’s interesting to think of it as a form of investment. Who knew art could be a way to grow your cash?

Not sure what was going on, they kept repeating "hello, hello, can you hear me?" loads of times. I kept replying yes, I hear you. Then it hit me - they never actually talked over me, so they must clearly be hearing me alright. Probably trying to get me to call them back on some pricey number. Sneaky, but not sneaky enough!
