Got a call from Spark Energy, they were trying to switch me over to their service. The guy on the phone had a strong Welsh accent and only knew part of my name, like an abbreviation or something. When I told him I was fine with my current supplier, he was pretty rude about it and then just ended the call when I wouldn’t share any of my personal info.

I received a rather unexpected cold call from this number, and the caller seemed overly cheery, attempting to persuade me to change my service provider. Honestly, I wouldn't dream of switching any of my bills or payments unless I had made a request for a callback myself. For now, I’ll keep the number visible in case I get another ring from them. Interestingly, while I was penning this down, they rang me again, but as soon as I mentioned these reviews, the conversation took a swift turn. The caller suddenly claimed there was some sort of issue with the line and promptly hung up. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
