Could this be a legit number from a South African reservation or is it just a fake one? Wondering if these callers are for real or not.

Last night, around 10pm on 23rd December 2016, I got a call from 02037453435. The bloke on the phone had a strong African accent and somehow knew I’d been to Dakar on holiday last year. He went on about cheap flights and asked if I was planning another trip. I wasn’t daft, knew where this was going - he’d want my card details next. Since I wasn’t giving out any info, I told him straight it’s illegal to make sales calls after 9pm on weekdays and after 8pm on weekends. Then I said if I ever booked again, it’d be through a proper company. Finished by telling him off in no uncertain terms before hanging up.
