I found myself struggling to grasp what she was saying due to her strong Scouse accent, and when I politely requested her to repeat herself, she seemed quite annoyed. I did catch her name, which was Megan, but she seemed to get quite flustered when I asked for the name of the company, eventually just hanging up. Quite the charmer, I must say!
