Someone rang saying they were from HMRC and said I had to pay up straight away. Felt like a total scam!

Today, I got a call from some bloke saying he's from HMRC, claiming I'm under investigation for tax dodging. He said my deadline to sort out my taxes is nearly here and that a court case is on its way. I wasn’t having any of it and told him to do one. I’ve paid all my taxes, so it’s obvious to me this was just a scam!
