Got a call at 8.22am on Saturday, 28th February 2026 from a woman saying she was with Sky UK. She said Sky knows loads of people are moving over to Virgin or BT because their prices are too steep, so they’re offering me half price for a year till March 2027. She said I didn’t have to do anything but asked me to confirm my email. Then she wanted my postcode to send me a ‘free’ Apple iPad 3 pro and asked if I wanted it in black or silver. Turns out it’s a scam, and I’ve reported it to Action Fraud.
