So someone rang claiming to be from Shell Energy and Broadband, knew my name and even my wifi supplier, and tried to offer me their “best” deal. When I said I had a new £15 deal with BT, he just called me a liar and said BT was lying too, saying I wasn't told about an extra £20 line rental. This bloke said he was a manager and just kept talking rubbish to try and get me to switch. Honestly, watch out for this sort of nonsense!
