I received a call earlier today from someone claiming to be “Daniel from BT,” who was promoting a so-called exclusive broadband deal. Just a heads up - this could very well be a scam. Stay vigilant!

Got a call tonight from someone saying they were from BT Broadband. They kept asking loads of questions and there was a lot of background noise. The noise and endless questioning annoyed me so I just ended the call and blocked the number.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Daniel about a BT broadband special deal. I told them I’d just ring BT directly myself. Been getting about six calls now from numbers with the same prefix.

Somebody called claiming to be from Sky, but honestly, the noise in the background was so loud it didn’t sound like she was actually at a Sky office. She kept pushing me to reset my password for my Sky account and kept asking for it, which I never gave out, obviously. Seemed a bit off to me.
