This isn’t really Hillingdon Council. They ring you in the middle of the night when the council offices are closed. Plus, this number is even calling from abroad. I’m getting these calls here in Germany. It’s definitely dodgy. Hillingdon Council mainly get in touch via letters and emails. They don’t really phone people directly. They wait for the public to reach out first. Anyone from Hillingdon would know this. You can’t get hold of them after hours - they always ring back during normal office times. Best to ignore this call.
