Some bloke rang me saying he was Alex from BT Openreach, claiming there was an issue with my PC. He wanted me to type a certain website into Google and tell him what popped up. I didn’t fall for it, as I’ve had similar calls before from people with Indian accents pretending to be British. I told him straight up that it was a scam and he was just after my money. After that he got proper abusive and swore at me nonstop, so I just hung up.
