I got a call from one of those automated voices pretending to be from HMRC. It said I needed to hold on so I could speak to an "officer" because apparently, a letter was sent back and they're threatening legal action. I'm pretty sure this isn't true, and honestly, I can't see HMRC reaching out like that on something so important. I’ve flagged it as a scam using my phone.

They warned me that legal steps were gonna be taken. I’m pretty sure that’s not true, and I seriously doubt HMRC would threaten like that on a phone call. I’ve flagged it as a scam from my mobile.
