4 yearsGot a call this morning around 8:03 am from a guy with an Asian accent claiming to be from BT. He actually had my name and was telling me BT was switching from being a public to a private company, effective from 5pm that day. I kept asking him what the call was about, and eventually, I just said, "Alright, do whatever changes you need to." Then I swear I heard him mutter something like "Oh sh*t, f**k" under his breath. Definitely felt off - probably a scam!BTXSubmit Your Own Report (020 3729 7637)
