I've had this number calling me over and over again. When I picked up once, the person said they were from the government offering free training programmes. They mentioned they knew I'd been job hunting and said the course would help me get certified. I was tied up then, so I asked them to call later. After that, I got suspicious since it all seemed a bit fishy, so I just stopped picking up. They're still ringing me non-stop. Think I’ll just block the number now.

I’ve been getting calls from this number several times a day for about a week now, and often when I pick up all I get is silence. One time, a guy who was quite cheeky said it was O2 calling because my contract had finished and they wanted to give me a “free phone” (which he said like it was some kind of prize or something). I told him my contract actually ended months ago and he just hung up on me. This is only one of several numbers that keep popping up, all pretending to be O2. I was told twice that O2 has apparently sold my info to loads of companies, which explains the different numbers - I’ve had calls from two 0203 codes, one from Newcastle, a couple from Manchester and now one from Birmingham. It’s pretty annoying!
