Loads of calls from different numbers like this one. They say they're collecting data but never clear on why. When you ask, they give all sorts of different explanations. They usually start by claiming they're researchers working for the Government or the Education Dept. I tried answering once but their questions made no sense, so I just ended the call when they got a bit rude. I just hang up straight away now and mark the numbers as spam, but they keep switching numbers nonstop. Save yourself the hassle!
