I got a call from a woman claiming to be with BT Open Reach about our broadband, even though we’re not with BT. The line was really scratchy, so I couldn’t catch all she said - something about the IP address needing to be updated? When I mentioned the bad connection, she said she’d ring back from another number and then just ended the call. She’s never called again. Bit suspicious if you ask me.
