Got a call claiming to be from EE saying my phone service is about to be cut off soon because of some network maintenance. They said they’d send me a new SIM or eSIM and even offered a 30% discount for the hassle. Then they wanted to switch me over to someone else to sort out sending it. Total scam, my actual provider would already have all my info. They rang me like 8 times in just 10 minutes which was super annoying. I called the number back a bit later and now they say they’re from O2. Definitely dodgy.
