On 4th February 2021 around 1:14 in the afternoon, I got a call from someone claiming to be with Sky, who actually provide my broadband and TV service. They told me someone else was supposedly connected to my router. The caller had a strong Indian accent which was quite hard to follow. When I refused to press '1' on my Windows computer as they asked, they became quite annoyed. I ended the call straight away. Later that day, I received about five more calls from the same 02037 area code over the next three hours. I didn’t pick up any of those and none of them left a voice message.
