Got a call apparently from 02 or BT, asking how our phone reception was (which btw is pretty rubbish with 02). They said something about a 40% discount on our bill. I got a bit iffy, asked for their email. Ended up hanging up and ringing BT’s official customer service. Definitely a scam!
