WARNING: Got a call from a guy with an Indian accent claiming to be from O2. He wanted all my personal info and specifically asked for my customer ID. I didn’t give him my name or any numbers. Then, he rang me back from another number saying I was due a refund. I got in touch with O2 myself and they confirmed straight away it was a total scam. Stay careful out there!
