Looks genuine to me, got a letter from the local council saying the company is acting for them so they scheduled a survey appointment. If I hadn’t received that letter from the council, I’d have been a bit iffy about it. There’s so many scams going around nowadays. Glad this one was legit though.

They kept ringing me non stop, i tried complaining but no luck, all they did was say they’d “remove me from their survey” but nothing changed. Such a pain!

I got a text saying they’re trying to reach me about setting up an asbestos check for a housing association, plus a voicemail as well. They asked me to call back, but honestly, I reckon these people might be digging around for stuff that’s none of their business, maybe something about your personal stuff. It’s probably best not to let them in, just to be safe.

Got a call about some asbestos inspection supposedly approved by my housing association. They also texted me and then showed up at my door three days later.

My place was built in 2003, so this check shouldn’t even be necessary. I spoke to my housing association who told me definitely not to let them in.

Feels like a scam to me, just a way to get into your home under fake claims.

They left a voicemail so I decided to call back. Apparently, my housing association asked them to carry out an asbestos inspection in the bathroom. I guess sometimes the housing association doesn’t always inform you directly, just the contractors.

Earlier today, precisely at 16:43, I noticed a missed call from a familiar number. I'm completely in the dark about who it might be or their intentions. The only detail I have is that it’s got a London area code. I attempted to return the call, but alas, nobody seems to be answering. Quite frustrating, to say the least!
