When I asked where she got my number from, she just raised her voice and didn’t answer properly. I asked again a couple of times. She mentioned something about giving me 40% off my monthly charges. I asked what my current bill was, but she told me to confirm it myself. I reminded her that since she’s with Three, she should be able to see it on their system.
