I received a phone call intended for my husband. During the conversation, I politely requested to be removed from their database, but the person on the other end accused me of shouting at him! He insisted that only my husband had the authority to make such a request. This is absolutely ridiculous, and I’m planning to file a formal complaint with the ICO. Apparently, the chap is affiliated with an investment firm named Phoenix based in Mayfair.
