This website appears to be a third-party service that has been flagged by the Advertising Standards Authority for being somewhat deceptive. They are offering to book passport appointments when, in fact, you can easily arrange one at no cost by phoning the HM Passport Office straight on 0300 222 0000. If you’ve accidentally booked through their site, there’s a chance they may be trying to collect a fee of £117.60 from you. Best to steer clear and go directly through the official channels instead!

This number keeps bugging me about some passport fee, asking for more than £100. It's obviously a scam, so I wouldn’t answer if I were you. Best thing is just block them and don’t bother returning the call. Total rubbish, just steer clear!

All my three mobiles started ringing one after the other in just about an hour, kinda weird really.

This number called me but when I answered, there was nobody on the line.

I just got a call like this as well. When I picked up, the line went dead straight away. I tried calling back and it said something about the Passport Control Office. It rings and I choose an option, but then it just goes busy and drops the call. I’ve got my passport with me and haven’t sent it off to be renewed or anything, so it’s all a bit suspicious. Definitely feels dodgy to me.

Got a call from this number as well, so I decided to call back and ended up with the same experience as others here! The call came through at about 8:45 in the evening, but when I looked up the passport office, it said they shut at 8pm. Definitely seems suspect to me.

Got this number calling me before, just silence on the other end. Really irritating!

About three hours after I popped into the post office to pick up my passport renewal form, this number rang me. The website claims it's the passport control office, but I can't seem to get hold of anyone if that's true. Bit confusing really.
