Dont call back this number, it's some washing machine scam going on. They say they are fixing a fault but it's all lies. The government needs to step in and sort this mess out, these scammers are using UK BT numbers so BT should be penalised. Imagine if someone rang your folks asking for money, you'd be fuming. If you want to help, find your MP's contact in the phone book and let them know about this rubbish. People on low incomes are being targeted, it's just wrong.
