Got a scam call about Sky TV. Spoke for a while with a rude bloke, sounded quite young with an Asian accent, acting all clever like a moody teenager. Ended up just hanging up on him once he started getting abusive.

Had a call from some bloke claiming to be from Sky maintenance. I let him go on with his usual sales pitch and what he was selling. Then I just said, "I don't have Sky, so no thanks." He snaps back with "why did you call me then?" and starts speaking in some foreign lingo. I told him I'd been messing with him and chuckled. Next thing, he calls me a "white British tw*t". Hope he ends up catching Covid, honestly!

Got a call out of the blue about some maintenance stuff for Sky. Didn't ask for it or anything, just rang me up. Sounds dodgy to me.

got another ring about that accident i had last december. the guy even mentioned i’d gotten loads of calls about it already, so they must have me logged from before. then he says the compensation was meant for the other person, who apparently caused the crash, but since she refused it, the cash has to come to me instead. thats the first time i heard it put like that. told him i wasnt having any of it, called it a scam and ended the call.

I picked up the phone and all I got was about ten seconds of dead silence, then suddenly this strange electronic beep before the call dropped. Seems like they’re probably just trying to figure out which numbers are live for their spam call operations. Really annoying tactic if you ask me.
