On 13th October 2020, I got a call from a woman with an American accent, which was quite different from the usual voices I hear. She told me my Amazon Prime subscription was going to renew automatically, but at £79.99 instead of the normal £39.99.

On 14th Oct 2020, about 1:53 pm, I got a call from a lady with an American accent, which wasn’t the voice I usually get. She was saying my Amazon Prime subscription was gonna renew automatically but at £79.99 instead of the regular £39.99, unless I pressed a button or something. Seemed a bit off to me.
