I picked up the call and quickly muted myself. A bloke with an American accent was on the line, which was odd given it was a UK number. He kept saying "hello, can you hear me?" over and over before just hanging up in the end.

I was happy to take part in what I thought was a government poll. But things got quite private by the end - they asked about my earnings and postcode and loads about kids and mental health. It felt a bit off when a bloke called Daniel asked if I reckon girls should know how to read. Also, Daniel definitely didn’t sound like he was from the UK.

Got calls from the same number twice today, and once a couple of days back. The first two calls got cut off when I picked up, and on the third today, I just ignored it.

At first, I wasn’t sure about the call, but I decided to stay curious. They didn’t ask for any really private info, and whenever a question seemed like it might reveal too much about me, I just chose not to respond. Most of what they asked were opinions rather than anything personal. From what the caller explained at the beginning and what I checked on Gallup’s site, I’m pretty sure this was their World Survey. It lasted around half an hour and made me think quite a bit. At no point did I feel uneasy or pressured to give details I wasn’t comfortable sharing.

Had a call from some lady saying she was from ISS international, trying to get info about my current life situation. Hard to catch what she was saying cause of the thick accent and some weird noise in the background. They’ve been ringing me daily for the last four days, but today’s call was the first where an actual conversation happened. The other times, as soon as I picked up, all I could hear was a faint tune then it just went quiet. Obviously, I ended the call straight away, no way I’m wasting time with these dodgy calls.

Someone rang saying they were from ISS and wanted me to join a survey. When I asked where they got my number from, they just replied that it was saved in their system. I felt a bit uneasy and told them I wasn’t keen on sharing any details with strangers. They've called me two times already since then.
