Got a ring from someone saying they were from „EE”, telling me they wanted to lower my bills without any contract extension, just 'cause apparently I'm a loyal customer. They asked for stuff like my name, postcode, and email, but then pushed to get my bank details. Once I said no to that, they hung up super quick. Felt a bit dodgy to me.

I got a call from someone claiming to be with the national lottery. They knew my name and said I was a big fan (which isn’t true, I only played once ages ago and didn’t win). The moment I doubted them, they just hung up. Definitely not from the lottery, just checking if I’d fall for their trick. Watch out and always ask for something in writing, that seems to throw them off!
