I've been receiving calls from those pesky 0203 numbers too, and I had a rather unpleasant encounter with a rude chap on the line. I'm now in the process of blocking them left, right, and centre!

I recently received a call from this office, but they were after someone entirely different. When I requested to be taken off their calling list, citing my registration against unsolicited calls, the chap on the line - who had a noticeable foreign accent - became quite aggressive and uncouth. To make matters worse, he went on to share my number, leading to a barrage of calls throughout the day, roughly every 20 minutes. I've taken the liberty of blocking each number, which includes:
