Got a call from a guy with an American accent asking for my NI number (0935 18.3.21). When I phoned back, a woman’s voice, also American, answered sounding a bit puzzled (0936). Tried ringing again at 1013 and later at 1739 but both times it said the number couldn’t be reached.

This American lady calling herself an officer told me to have either me or my lawyer ring her back or else there would be problems. Sounded pretty serious but a bit dodgy to me.
