I received a rather peculiar call earlier today. It was a gentleman, who had quite an Asian accent, supposedly from the County Court in London, going by the name Edward Bell. He claimed that a cheque was all set to be delivered by a chap named Roger James. I was instructed to provide photo identification and sign a couple of legal documents; one of which I retain while the other goes to them. Apparently, I needed to hand over a Paysafe card in exchange for the cheque. However, I couldn’t manage to meet their proposed schedule. So, now I'm just in limbo, waiting for them to ring back and sort out a new time. What are your thoughts on this whole situation? Sounds rather off, don’t you think?
