It all became fishy when they wanted me to hop onto my computer and press CTRL along with some other keys. At that point, I made it clear I had my doubts about their authenticity. They attempted to reassure me by providing a postal address-a supposed Talk Talk office-and suggested that I should ring back on that number to verify their legitimacy. Eventually, I ended the call, though I was curious to see how far they’d go.
